    Hey folks,

What is the best source for the SS3 Pro Amber fogs? Diode Dynamic's web site indicates 6-8 weeks from date order is placed till they ship. Does anyone know of a reputable online source that might stock them?

    Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen anything in stock but Kustom 54 Lighting has a 2 to 3 week wait. I have purchased from them and they are fantastic.

I can get them for you as well, and my estimated ship date on a set ordered yesterday is 3/17.

I'm not aware of anyone else who has them in stock at the moment, but I'll have a handful in a couple of weeks by plan. If you wanted to save a few days I could have them dropped from DD directly though.

I can't believe there was a preorder deal with 20% off on these for a great price and I missed it. Whose got a deal on these or are they all regular price for the Pro Amber/Yellow fogs?

They go on sale often. They had the pre order/black friday sale, then the new years sale and then presidents days sale. I literally ordered a pair every sale so far lol. 20% off each time. I'm sure there'll be another sale before too long.

These bad boys showed up today! Amber pro fogs. I'll be using the round bezels on a pair of white driving style SS3s on a banshee. Couldn't pass on the $240 shipped price for these!

Installed mine yesterday in the new bumper. Still need to aim them but I'm stoked on them so far. Are you guys running the pros on the OEM wiring with the spliced in connectors or do you have aftermarket harnesses for them? Also, what do you think would be a good choice for the 2nd set of lights in the front end of this thing? White? Amber? Flood/scene? Thinking a dedicated low floodlight would be nice for the occasional night offroad ventures. Just can't decide on white vs amber/yellow

I picked up a pair of the SS3 Pros in selective yellow a while back. They were plug and play with the OEM wiring, although I did buy them via the fog kit for the Tacoma. Not sure what the wiring looks like if you buy the lights standalone.

Mine (also selective yellow pro SAE fogs) came with some Deutsche connectors and wiring that I spliced into the OEM wiring. The only issue I foresee is that the instructions recommended 16G wire as the smallest wire to be used and I'm pretty sure the OEM wiring is a smaller gauge... no issues so far but I'm curious what others have done. If yours were plug and play then I'm a assuming @Diode Dynamics knew that the OEM wiring is adequate...

Sweet looking rig! You will find that you're going to lose a good deal of the fog pattern width because they're mounted so far back into the bumper though. The angled portion of the bumper that you're mounted in will block a good deal of the center portion of the beam pattern. This means you'll end up with a pretty large dark area in the center of the pattern. Do you have any way to bring them forward to avoid this issue? You'd actually be better off mounting them in the openings in the flat area on either side of the winch mount if that were possible.

Thank you! I realized this myself when I got them in there. I will have to to rethink how they're mounted but I may be able to fabricate something that will allow them to be mounted farther forward in the cutouts. Not a bad idea to have them mounted in one of the other openings. I really wanted a set of dedicated fogs which is why I chose these. Worst case I'll have to switch to work/scene, driving or spot beam patterns.
