As the weather gets colder I like to let the truck warm up a bit in the morning while I walk the dog and get ready to leave. The truck is smarter than I am and will not let you get out of the truck and lock the door with the engine running. The only way to lock it is with a key from the outside. The key fob is disabled once the engine is started. I usually just carry two keys in the winter so I can do this. I was wondering is there a programming change that can be done to allow the remote to lock/unlock the doors once the engine is running? Is there a programming change available? Sure would be nice to have use of the remote rather than carrying two keys.

    Thanks, Chuck
