disable TPMS on an '08

how do i do this? i read that i can connect the blue wire to a 12v power source, what have you guys connected it to that is safe to do this? and im talking about the blue wire behind the glovebox. the blue wire behind the AC controls is a no go as the red TPMS computer is bolted to something and is not budging so i cant even get to that harness. any help would be great.

No because I'm selling the stock wheels and tires and didn't want to pay to mount and balance the tires twice :/

It sounds easy as far as putting power to that blue wire I just can't get to the TPMS Ecu behind the hvac controls because it's bolted down and the opening isn't big enough for my hand to get in there...
