I’ve been using the SAS Safety 7 mil orange disposable gloves(66573).
Having a hard time locating these.
Any suggestions for a SAS safety replacement glove?

Like latex gloves? I was at costco yesterday and they had pallets and pallets of gloves at the front along with hand sanitizer. For my garage gloves I just get them at walmart, usually no problem.

I'm waiting for that one dipshit who pops in and says that real men get dirty. I'm surprised they haven't shown up yet.

Good luck with your search OP.

It was a generalization. Not intended to out one particular member. Shenanigans? Sort of. :D Intended to tease those who feel that protecting their hands doesn't matter since they seem to think you can just regrow a pair of hands after you lost yours for being "a man."

My favorite gloves I have ever used while working on cars is also from SAS. They are the "Thickster" gloves, 14mil thick! Rarely get tears or rips and usually last all day (8 hours). Surprisingly they have plenty of feel and lots of grip, even when they are somewhat oily. Brake cleaner doesn't make them swell either! They are a bit pricey, but considering how long they last it's worth it to me. They are normally around $22 a box...but you know how the times currently are.

I picked some up on ebay a couple weeks ago as Amazon was out. FWIW I wear large because I don't like them baggy, large Mechanics gloves fit me a little snug until they break in.

Also, inbetween jobs I'll take them off while turning them inside out and spray the inside with brake clean so the sweat comes off and they are dry and easy to put back on when I get the next car in the bay.

I don’t use gloves to work on cars but I also don’t give a shit if anyone does. To each their own.

Trying to buy my employees safety gear is a nightmare.
Only "Heroes" who use theirs to gear up for tiki tok dance videos get theirs first.

Bullshit. I can't replace face shields or find our usual rubber gloves.
I'm working with a dental client to use his pipeline to funnel it to my guys.

The "new normal" sucks for anyone wanting to make a living outside the coveted sacred cow class. Even the ones like me who support their roles and keep their workplaces safe and clean for them to work in.

Just an FYI.....used them today for installing my 6112’s. Granted that’s not a heavy task, but not tears!

I cannot stress the absolute amount of grip, tear resistance and how much feel these gloves have. I haven’t used a single pair of nitrile gloves with the amount of dexterity the Thicksters have. I’ve been using them for 10+ years and will always have a box on stand by, that’s how much I believe in them.

SAS Raven have been good to me. I agree totally with golfindia, having gone through a 40hr HAZWOPER, there certainly are sub-optimal constituents to engage in percutaneous absorption.
