Damn, glad you're ok. I gave up riding motorcycles a few years ago because people just aren't paying attention on the road.

Wife was T-Boned in my truck by a distracted red-light runner last year. Stay safe out there!

I gave up street bikes for the same reason as you...I watched a teenage driver almost rear end me while texting, thought I was a goner.

That seems pretty decent. At least the insurance company isn't ripping you off

Glad you are ok, Sorry about your truck. Georgia has a "No Cell Phone while Driving Law" but you can not tell it.

Glad you are OK. I sold my 1st Gen to a friend a couple years ago and he recently sent this pic back. Some idiot ran a red light and T-boned him at high speed. (Probably texting). Other than a few bruised ribs, he walked out uninjured. Funny part is when the police came, they kept asking him what happened to the driver because they would not believe anyone could get out of that with no serious injuries. My friend still thanks me for having the heavy duty sliders which he believes saved his life. Needless to say, soon afterward, I added sliders to my current Tacoma.

Do yourself a favor, make sure you have a hitch and ball. Then you can admire the damage to the next distracted driver's car.
