    I checked the ground. Multiple times. A ok. Checked fuse. Weird because the rocker switch lights up. And, like I said, I can hear the relay switch turn on when I flip the rocker.

    That is weird, did you put the multimeter on the quick connects and flip the switch to see what happens

    Not yet. Tomorrow. Going to have to remove all the tape I put over the quick connects, as well.
