Well, that's disappointing. I was going to PM you and ask you to re-post the pics. Any chance you can cruise over to Georgia to give a hand. :)

I know this is an old thread but if you don't like the sound emitting from your speak add a resistor in and it will change it. Different resistors will give you different effects.

So question. Mine is a 10 and had the beep lock two beeps unlock. I just had a Viper remote start installed today and when it unlocks and lock it won't beep anymore. Any way I could tap into the factory beeper again. The installer told me the data bus he installer to get past the immobilizer is what disabled it. But still works with my factory key fob just not with my new remote start fob

got it!!!!!!!! Just set the remote start system to 20ms pulse and works great. Can also hook up the horn. I think the horn was quieter so went that route.

Using the blue w/ pink stripe makes it beep on lock only.

Lift mods, wheel and tire mods. Motor mods. Stereo mods. When not adding a new modification, I am adding a coat of wax, sealant, or paint enhancement, or something shiny. (slightly obsessed)
I got a radioshack piezo but it didn't sound close to factory. Call me anal, but I wanted the same beep as my old Tundra had. Luckily, I found out where to get one that sounds the same, it may even be the one Toyota uses? Anyway, if you want the factory beep, go to floydbell.com and order an M80-W, its 8 bucks but it sounds exactly like the factory piezo and it is loud. It claims 103db.

Why can't u just go from the door lock switch to the horn, every time u hit the lock button the horn will sound?

So I just went from the blue/pink wire on driver kick panel, from the door, to the horn and it works like a charm, only toots when locking either from the fob or the driver switch
