    just make sure there is at least a backing on the fabric. don't want the glue/adhesive to go through when you apply. It happened to me when I wrapped my center console top.

    so i dove in and went for it. did both rears. went with a micro-suede. i'm pleased with how they turned out. :D:cool:

    How many people here put padding under the material on the armrest? I am about to recover mine as they did not turn out very good, and I am not sure if I need to put padding back under there. I don't really use them anyways.

    How did you get the rear door power window switch out to paint it? I couldn't get it out for the life of me! Did you have to take the rear door panel off?

    once i got the door panel off, i was able to get it out easier. on one side of the switch there is a spring clip, so i went from the inside of the door panel and squeezed the spring clip and lifted to switch out. then to get it unplugged, there is a small clip on the connector that has to be pressed down. while pressing the clip, pull the connector out. a small screwdriver helps to push the clip down.
