Do i have to tune Cobra 19 III

I just installed a Cobra 19 III and was under the impression that i would need to tune it. I have since looked all over the internet and i keep seeing 'Electronic Tuning' does this mean it has an autotune in it?
Do i still need to use a SWR meter to tune the antenna?
I'm new to the BCB scene so any help would be great.

 

it needs to be tuned with your antenna.

 

Okay, thats what i thought, just the 'automatic tuning' threw me off a little bit.

no prob. what i did was buy a rather inexpensive swr meter and left it installed inline to my cb radio.
