Do I need a tag, or don't I?

I picked up a small little trailer for some music gear and I'm wondering if I must put a tag on it in the state of FL. It's small, maybe a 4 x 8'. Does anyone know for sure?

 

yes you do for sure. I found this out the hard way.

 

Isnt it that if the trailer has brake equipped on it that it has to have a tag?

 

Nope we have a tiny trailer my brother tows with his Miata for tires and it's registered. So YES you need a tag

It is Florida,how much can the tag cost??....Travel south on 27 and have a tourist hit it??? Go downtown on Montrose and get clipped,with the tag your covered...without,who is at fault.....

Dam,now I miss Clermont even more.....
