Do I need to re gear a 2014 with the 4.0 with a 3 " lift 33" tired and armor ?

    2014 white 3"icon mid travel 33's
    Body armor front and rear bumpers , 3" icon lift 33" ko2's k&n intake and idk what exhaust
    I've been getting mix messages but all my buddies have 2000 or older toy's any advice would be great

    I stuck a supercharger, but regearing is cheaper. Also depends if you live closer to sea level or up in the mountains. The 4.0 stock was a dog getting on the highway at higher altitude and all the goodies you mentioned. Just my opinion. Good luck.

    IMO, absolutely. I noticed a difference in power just switching to 265-75's. And with the additional diameter and unsprung weight of 33's, yeah these truck need a re-gear.
