Why return to stock I thought these truck could handle simple upgrades like bigger tires and a couple inches of lift

It'll be fine without the re-gear, enjoy it!

They can but most that put tires that size on are running the v6 of the I4 engine which handles the added weight much better. You should not run into much issue other than your truck will burn way way more gas and feel sluggish

Nice truck! Look at a company called LCE they make a direct bolt in header for the 4 cyl. It actually helps quite a bit on the lower end with torque. There is only a couple of other things you can really do to help performance, and they don't help a lot, short of a regear.

Since you have the auto trans your rear axle diff ratio is 4.3 you have a leg up over the manual trans rear axle diff ratio.

The only reason to regear is if you don’t like how it drives with that diameter tire. So if you are happy, don’t waste money on regearing.
But 33” tires will absolutely rub, you just haven’t used the full articulation yet that’s all, but with the size you picked, you obviously don’t intend to go off-road, so you may never feel it rub, unless you hit an entrance ram at just the right angle / speed

Oh that makes sense yea see it’s not an off road truck at all it’s actually a paint truck going from house to house so if does a lot of driving and so it won’t blow my tranny if I ride like this forever also do you think theyd cover any issues with Toyota’s new lifetime power train warranty which I’m told have

I would regear with the 4cyl at the least. I don't think you're going to blow anything up, you are just going to feel a lack of performance from the vehicle.
