Do not buy from....

I ordered long tube headers for my 08 tacoma about a month ago from dougthorley.com. This is not the actual maker of doug thorley headers but just someone who distributes their products. Since the 7th Ive been attempting to reach the customer service line and have also left numerous emails to find out where my order is with no response.

I finally received a response back stating the headers were on back order for a couple weeks; after sending an emailing stating that my bank would get involved if nothing was done about the order.

Since then I have talked to others who dealt with the same issues through this website that waited for months for their orders to come. And were only able to make head way after filing complaints.

Hopefully nobody else has to deal with these issues.
