I have a 2010 Tacoma double cab with the 16” rims on it. Have a 3” front and rear lift on it and I recently purchased black OEM 17” TRD pro rims for my vehicle. I’ve seen other Tacomas with the same wheels so I know that they fit however I was wondering if I’ll need new lug nuts for these rims. I know I’ll definitely be needing new tires and that’s on my list anyway.

I believe those rims will need the Lugnuts that have the quarter inch neck on them they’re a little bit longer

It depends. If you have steel wheels, then yes you will need new lugnuts. If you've got aluminum wheels, you should be ok. However, why wouldn't you get a new set of lugs with a new set of wheels? 11 year old lugnuts likely have some sort of surface rust, rounding, etc. Why wouldn't you get new lugs for new wheels?

yeah I think I’m going to go ahead and purchase some black lugs. Any recommendations? I might just go on Amazon and see which lugs people usually go with along with the TRD rims

You need to make sure you get the Mag Shank style of lugnuts. These will work fine. Problem will be over time the black will flake off. You're better off (In my opinion) just purchasing new regular lugnuts.
