A fellow forum member has run into an issue regarding a custom build. Trying to help him out and not sure where to turn. Prefer to let him choose to provide any additional details and thanks in advance for your help.

Actually now that you mention it, I don't know if I've ever seen one.

Maybe it's all through authorized dealers. Thought as popular as they are here they would have some presence. Hopefully someone will chime in and we can all have another point of access for help and information.

I am the one having issues with king. King will not replace my Newley rebuilt rear shocks. They only asked me for maximum droop. I told them I was new to the game and had no clue on shocks and what I was doing. Apparently Jorge was also, the bodies of the shocks are almost double the shaft lengths. The shocks are the correct droop length but once sitting at normal ride height I only have about 3 inches of shaft showing.I reached out to @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc which have always been a huge help. They said they were going to get intouch with there rep and hopefully resolve the issue. They have been unable to do so yet. I will post future responses once I hear from king. I feel I shouldn’t have to pay for my ingonrace and Kings. That’s why they are the professionals not me. But I have learned now you need maximum droop, normal ride height and compression measurements!!

My first custom build, you live and learn!!!!!!

That’s how you get full compression measurement with 1000+ over stock custom built alcans!!!!!
