    Now now...

    Come on and admit it....

You don't wave because you're afraid that the grip will vibrate off the bars :p

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Not really, my Harley does not vibrate much at all, the older ones do though.

Well, the older I get, the less image is a factor when purchasing items. When I was younger, I wanted to have a car or truck that got respect. This is normal. We all do this to some degree. We buy nice clothes and such because we want to be seen a certain way. There is nothing wrong with this. The thing with cars and trucks, however, is it is a much more expensive proposition.

I am at the point now where I buy on needs more than wants or image. That doesn't mean I don't want a nice looking truck or car. I would have liked a Barcelona Red Tacoma, just because I like the color, but the Pyrite Mica they had is fine enough. I just don't really think about it much in that way these days. But when you are younger, it's different, of course. Most people I know could care less what anyone else drives, even my friends who drive trucks, Fords and Rams. My ride is an old Honda Gold Wing and ride with my buddies on their Harleys and Yamahas. So, you might eventually get this all out of your system and be happy with what you have and have fun with it, without worying about trying to keep up. It is more enjoyable and you save a hell of a lot of money in modifications and such. It is just hard to see that when you are at a certain point in your life.

Harley, Honda, Toyota, Ram, Ford. It's all about the ride. Enjoy.

    My two cents.

I always loved the joke Harely riders don't wave because the handle bars will rattle off if they let go and Goldwing riders can't find the wave back button fast enough. :D

Poor? Heck has she seen the prices on Toyotas? And I would say anyone driving wheels that size, and it's not a bicycle, is an idiot. And makes the vehicles look idiotic as well.

I'm even somewhat POd that they put 17s on my Tacoma, but it was a good deal so, whatever. Just not looking forward to buying tires.

"why would you buy a Toyota, I mean it's like telling the world your poor or something"

Some women seem to live in worlds of their own making. The other day a lady told a rancher I know that he sure had a nice little truck... he drives a Ford 250.

Sam Walton and Warren Buffet often drove old pickups. I'd rather be rich and drive "poor" than be a poser who could barely pay for a BMW paycheck to paycheck.

What's the difference between a BMW and a porcupine?

The procupine has the pricks on the outside.
