engine has 115k miles so im thinking I don't need to replace the tensioner, is this bad thinking or not?

if it were 200k change I would replace it but at only 115k im "assuming" the original tensioner is still fine and not something worth changing for the hell of it if nothings wrong with it at $40 each

also as a footnote im assuming its best to use the ASIN complete timing belt kit for the best quality parts correct?
