Do you think it is bad to floor it every once in a while with high mileage?

So regarding your definition its harder on the engine to redline than to full throttle?

Just gotten started... Faux-Beadlock Rims , Leveling Kit, Solid Tonneau w/ Toolbox Inset, Mesh Grills, Nerfs w/steps, Window Tint, Lit 'Buggy-Whip', 'Blinky' Safety Light, CB Radio, 2nd Battery, Air, Decal Peel and Debadge
IMO - If your ride doesn't like being 'pinned to the mat' it'll tell you. Turn the music off, roll the windows up and listen... I like my fingertips lightly on the shifter for additional 'feel.' It'll be pretty evident how happy she is.

Easier than reading than my wife... she's always 'FINE' !?!

Downshift and run once a day! Its good for the soul!
