Does a 98-00 grille fits a 97?

Hello everyone, I’ve just bought my first Tacoma. I decided to buy an old one to make as many mods as I can afford, I’m a complete beginner in car modifications. I’ve always used my cars as new from dealer.
I need to buy a new grill for my truck because it has its broken. I want to fit it a 98 one but I don’t know if it will fit. The 95-97 is more expensive but what would you recommend me?

Not easy to just bolt up a 98 grille as they have different headlights and corner lights too

 

I’m a lil bit confused, they look very similar. And it is important to note that the grill my truck uses is different from 4x4 models which include all the framing of headlights.

Oooh you have a late model 97, yeah those have 98-00 grilles, you can interchange those just fine.
