Ok gang, if you're still following along, the second repair wire connects to terminal 11, (hazard switch illumination and clock). In summary, to wire the clock module in the 2015 Tacoma, you need 2 repair wires, one connects to terminal 11, the other to terminal 14. Shop around for the parts. Prices vary by big differences. Thanks to everyone for you input. I'm happy this effort is closed. But sure nice having a clock when my display screen is off.

Tech used a tester. Not sure what terminal it feeds. Can look at the harness diagram I saw in this thread.

I have a 2015 and just did the swapover to a hazard switch w/clock. I bought a hazard switch w/clock assembly off of ebay for $95. If you want the clock to have white numbers and you want the hazard button to be black instead of silver make sure you get P/N 84332-04100 which is off of a 12-14 tacoma. I bought 2 terminal repair wires p/n 82998-12690 online from toyota dealer for about $35 shipped. There are 2 wires missing for a 2015. The battery and ACC. I just tapped into the radio battery and ACC circuit because it was right there. I have a entune plus non nav non JBL radio. The repair wires get plugged into pins 13 & 14 on the hazard switch assembly connector. Pin 13 is constant 12v and pin 14 is ACC. I ran pin 13 on hazard switch to pin 4 (Diagram says blue w/yellow stripe but mine had white wire w/blue stripe)on the radio connector that has 10 pins. Then I ran pin 14 on hazard switch to pin 3(grey wire) to the same radio connector. Check pins 3 and 4 with a meter to be sure. I used wire taps to connect the wires. Took about a hour and works great.tacoma radio power.jpg tacoma clock.jpg

    Nice.

So it is confirm that it's pin 13 and 14. So why'd the other guy used 11 and 14?

Question, when looking at that hazard switch connector, are you looking at it from the back or the front of the connector for the pin layouts?

To answer your question the picture of the connector here is as if the switch is in the vehicle. So if you're looking at the back of the connector(the side that doesn't plug in) 14 is in the bottom left and connects to the gray wire and 13 directly right of 14 connects to the blue and white wire.

Thanks for posting, I had hoped to see the install pics, also from what I am seeing, that is actually the early style clock because of the Orange lighting, the 12-14 Clock Assembly should be Blue.

You're correct. This Is from a 2006 Tacoma. I picked that one because the Orange matches the surrounding lights in the switch.
