About to switch to synthetic oil and probably going with amsoil. Just wondering what benefits people are seeing with this brand of oil. If you dont use amsoil then what brand do you use and what benefits are you seeing

Yeah, the 98 was bought back. I still had some left over Amsoil in the garage but not enough for the Tundy so I went with the next best thing (IMHO). Plus AdavanceAuto had a killer deal on Mobil 1 plus a filter at the time I needed to change the Tundy oil.

    Sorry, but it really won't.

There are other things that will help, like keeping yout tires properly inflated, not having a heavy foot, etc.

    It's API certified.

CORRECTION: SOME of it is API certified.

I use Amsoil in every engine I run,, from chainsaw to weedeater to 200+ HP sportbike,, I have a T100 that I used it in from day 1. I put in a new filter every 3000K miles and oil change at every 14000K miles. I have 310K miles on the truck now and it runs like a dream.
