I almost got a Honda stolen from me twice.

After the second time, my alarm malfunctioned, but I used the steering wheel club, the brake pedal club and a fake LED flashing light that I bought from eBay.

No one touched the car since. I guess they figured it was too much trouble. I know that if they really wanted it, it would still be gone. Probably flat beded out.

Anyway, my question is I want to make a deterrent flashing LED, but don't want to adhesive it to my dash, like the old one.

Can you suggest a way to put a flashing LED into the dash and power it.

Why don't I get an alarm? They have always messed up in several years, going off, not working, not allowing me to start the car, etc.

Yeah, when the truck is off, second gen have a light that flashes on the dash that tells you that the engine is disabled. It gives the effect that the truck has an alarm active.
