Does anyone know how to remove the storage compartments under the rear seats of 3rd gen Tacoma?

I’m looking to apply sound dampener and sound insulation to the back cab and floor of my 2019 Tacoma and can’t find how to remove the storage compartments under the seat. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you pull out the plastic clips in the lip. I believe there are five along the back and four along the front. Then remove the jack and feed the tool strap through the bottom of the tub as you lift it out.
ETA: That's how it works on an 18 anyway.
