That is a variation on the normal flip-pac. It is called the AT flip-pac and is modified by AT Trailers to be more off-road worthy. That is TACODOC's Tacoma, he has done a lot of work building it out and it looks very nice inside. If you want more info on that build look here:

They are not the prettiest setup but can be very functional with the right build.

 

I really like the setup, if it wasn't 5k, I'd be all over it. After looking at that thread, I am thinking that that rack and topper tent might be a better option for me... It would leave my roof rack intact for other storage.

 

It's only over 5K at AT. Direct form the factory it is $3800.00 I just found one on Craigslist for 1500.00 used, only 7 years old and in great shape.
