I have a 2003 Double Cab but the main thing is I am running a 6" Fabtech lift.

For what it’s worth I did the same and immediately connected everything back up after my first trip into the mountains.

Kind of an odd feeling when you feel like you’re gonna crap your pants with a puckered a-hole.

Yes the absorption of bumps was very nice however the body roll going up/down mountain passes at 75 mph was scary.

Maybe in TX you don’t experience it that much (if it’s flat)

You need the sway bar relocate from wheelers. Moves the entire sway bar an inch forward.

In the end I kept the sway bar and bought those extensions. All working nice.

Check out my build....the Fabtech lift has lowering and relocating brackets but it was not enough. The extensions fixed my problem. See pics above.

The extended sway bar links move the sway bar back to the correct location and plane. So moving the sway bar down and forward 1 inch is not necessary.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but I have a fabtech 6" on my truck and want to put the sway bar back on it. I would like to remove the lifts drop block and use extended links. Did you keep the block or remove it?

I kept the sway bar drop brackets and added the extended links in this thread. Works great

Just ordered a set of those superpro's, was going to get some TRQ's or something that were $150 so these saved me some money and pain in the balls. Thanks for the suggestions
