I have an LC engineering exhaust. Anybody who's installed an aftermarket exhaust what's your experience in regards to how the truck idles and accelerates?

Should really do anything. You are still restricted by intakec headers and cats.
Just will sound better. Maybe a slight better throttle response but that is probably just jn your head

What about replacing it with an LCE header for the 2.7

I currently have both the headers and cat-back exhaust installed.
