My father has a 2007 access cab and i have a nearly identical 2011 access cab, both base models (his auto, mine manual) and to me his looks a little higher off the ground. I'm wondering if clearance is going to be an issue with mine, but at the same time i don't feel like giving it a lift or changing wheels for bigger tires (maybe some AT's but i want to keep the stock rims).

I mean, he got them replaced on routine maintenance but didn't change size or anything.

Does he have a Prerunner? 6 vs 5 lugs make all the difference.

I've noticed my 2010 4x4 sits maybe an inch lower than the 08's and older as well. I wonder if there has been a change to the suspension...
