Does the replacement rear spring TSB apply to all models or just the 4x4 and TRD? I have a 2010 plain jane access cab and the rear end squats pretty easy with any kind of load.

Download the tsb from the.site here on the forum. I think the latest version will upgrade your springs and shocks. Print it and take it to the stealership. Mention the words"harsh ride when loaded" in your conversation with the service department. Shouldn't be an issue. If they give you any static, call the 1-800 number on the back of your owners manual and talk to toyota corporate. Get a complaint number from toyota corporate, give that to the service department. They dont like doing the tsb, it is not billed at the same rate as if they can charge you directly. (i think, can't prove it)
