    Hey guys,

Last night, for the first time ever, when I went to start my truck, it wouldn't start. Didn't even turn over, just a sound from what I assume to be the starter. But then I waited about 2 minutes, and it started right away. The same thing happened about 4 hours later.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Marc

The things required to pull bitches
    did it click?
One click means bad starter or bad battery connection.

    Multiple clicks means bad battery

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
It sounds more like the starter contacts are bad. Check the battery connections first though as WhatthePho stated.

Definately check AND CLEAN all your connections.
Even though they're 'tight', doesn't mean they're clean and making a good connection.

Sounds like a loose or bad ground. Check and clean them all, should also be one from the block to the firewall, check and clean that one too.
