I hear her barking and go outside just in time to see her shaking something like a ragdoll. turns out to be an opossum. It's still out there, was on it's side and turned over about 10 minutes later. I hope it's not dead so I don't have to deal with it. had blood and its tounge hanging out though. who woulda thought this dog would be such a killer!

so far shes caught a mouse in the grass, a ton of baby bunnies and now this opossum. Who knows what else she has gotten that I don't know about.

Do opossums carry rabies. A few years back I had to put a dog down when she got bit by a skunk that had rabies.

both of my dogs have killed numerous animals, one jumps at birds flying low and gets them, she also gets rabbits, and squirrels...the other one likes rabbits and moles, she brought a mole into the house thursday. mind you my dogs are midsize 10 year old golden retriever, chow, german shepherd, collie mix and a 1 1/2 year old PUGGLE LOL

My dog attacked a opposum and i was wondering if they carry rabies, so i looked it up on the net. Opposums are the few critters that do Not carry rabies

Annie likes baby birds, moles, bunny rabbits, or anything else she can get her teeth on. (I like it when she gets rid of the moles )
