I know we all have dogs we have loved over the years. I lost mine this eve.

She was my partner for 14 long year s. One would think that a pet is a pet..

boy oh boy let them have to loose one.. My kids and wife and me are a mess.

    Keep us in your thoughts..

RIP Wiggles (O aka ( lick lick).

    Sorry for your loss.

Like others, I dread that day. And I hold out the hope the poem "Rainbow Bridge" is true, that our pets are waiting on the other side of the rainbow bridge.

I am so sorry for your loss.

I read somewhere that the pain we feel at the loss of a loved pet comes from their taking a piece of our heart with them across The Bridge. But, they leave a piece of theirs behind in its place - we just have to realize that it is there and they will always be with us until we meet again.

Very sorry to hear about your loss. I can't imagine the pain. My dog just turned 4 and I can't imagine the day I lose her. They're the best thing in the world. Always there when you need them, always happy to see you, and always ready to play.

It was hard on her. She was having heart attacks! We mad the decision to put her down after Wiggles had three of them in an hour and half.
it was a hard decision. It was best for her. I had no desire to have her suffer any more.

I went to feed her yesterday and had not even realized what I had done until after I was in the shower. Habit I guess. We miss her soo much. My Ridgeback whinned most of the night last night and kept going to the door looking for her! Kids are doing ok with it.They are resilant. Dawn and I are still having our moments. I assume the days will get easier. Thanks for all the support. It means alot to us.
