Dome / Map light Mod Issues?

    Good evening TW,

    Earlier today I started the map light mod that includes the diode. Now, neither the map lights nor the dome light work.

    First, what size diode is used? I am using a 3A 50 PIV diode. This has 230K ohms of resistance, that seems high? All instrument lights work but the clock doesn't work? (the clock's back light works, just no numbers) I checked the 7.5A dome light fuse, that is good. Are the two wires i flipped on the connector causing this issue? Does the mod that only calls for a ground wire from the dome require this flip? Any info would greatly appreciated!!

    I have the diode's negative end soldered to the map light board and the positive end is connected to the dome light ground.
