My Tacoma was supposed to come with a number of options, including door sill protectors. Due to an ordering error, the dealership ended up ordering a different truck that was going to be built to pretty close to the specs we agreed on, and then added any options that weren't on the truck. One of them was the sill protectors.

As delivered, the truck has sill protectors for the front doors, but not for the access cab rear doors. I thought that was probably normal, but I have run across a listing for access cab sill protectors that said it included four parts.

So, access cab people with sill protectors, do you have them for just the front door, or for both front and rear doors?

Thanks everyone--emailed the dealership, I'll see about getting that taken care of at the first dealer oil change.
