I've got a second gen access cab. I tried to open my driver's side back "door" today but it wouldn't open. Passenger side is fine. When I pull the handle there is no click or anything, and I can't feel the mechanism working like I could when the door worked. Ideas on what the hell I did to my poor truck now?

Check the latch for the front door, if the rear thinks the front is closed the rear latch will not work.

Any work done to it lately? Perhaps something was missed when it was put back together. Did you have to force it open at all lately? A small chance the lever on the inside could have been broken. Sounds really weird to happen out of nowhere

^ This or it's broken inside. I've done this before and thought it was broken too.

Thanks for the advice guys. It happened because i got sort of pissed and my superman strength made me slam the door. :D So i'm gonna say that I probably bent the latch or screwed it up like was stated above.
