    Dates aren't set in stone. if everyone wants to agree on some other weekend, im open to it. Just picked the closest thing to a holiday in march (when the weather promises no sub 20° nights)

    I might be down! I usually try to leave town on new moon weekends and thats one of them. The milky way is awesome out there in jawbone/dove springs. Plus I should have my dirt bike rebuilt by then too and hopfully have a motor swapped in the taco to haul everything out there. :D

    This weekend is ideal. We went on one trip with no moon and it was AMAZING, there is almost zero light pollution and the stars are all on display. My gf actually broke down in tears it was just so insane. Cant wait.

    Never been out in JT when there was no moon but we have in Red Rock. All i remember is walking outside the fire ring amd you could see the milky way and everything just looked so close. Seriously stopped us dead in our tracks.
