Im having this same issue. I bought my 17 SR5 a year ago. Had the problem when it was stock. Dealership still hasn’t fixed it to this day. It’s now getting worse and I have a 3” lift on it. The dealership won’t touch it right?

Old thread I know, just installed new OME springs and bilstein 5100 all around. 1 inch block in the back. I am now getting this clunk sound on takeoff from a complete stop. Sounds like it is coming from the rear. Please let me know if you know what is causing this. Thanks

Revival! Tacoma 2008 2wd does the "clunk" noise on acceleration. Sometimes not all the time

How do u put a zero on a 2wd model? Mine has splined shaft that goes in back of transmission. I did the zerk on my 4x4 Ranger with Teflon grease and fixed slack.
