Also does it while slowly turning occasionally, especially after backing out of my driveway. I've heard CV axle bind, but I only have about 1.5in of lift and it did it while stock. I've heard needle bearing but it does it in 4x4. I've heard a cracked crash bar mount since I get a simiar pop when jacking the front end up, but I don't see anything. I've heard lca bushings but they appear intact and fine. Everything is tight.

Dealer says it's because I installed coilovers and are already trying to weasel out of helping me before even seeing the truck, last time I brought it in the tech drove the hell out of my truck in the parking lot and said the noise was stuff rolling around in the cab. Typical Larry h Miller dealership garbage.

    Any solutions?

It definitely sounds metal on metal. Lot of others have had cab mount issues.

    That's a lot of popping...

    How much lift?
    Stock UCAs?
Maybe the spindle hitting the coil during droop.

Jba's and 1.5-1.75in from coilovers. I don't think so, happens occasionally on flat pavement aswell.
