Does anyone know how to bypass the driving lights on a 2001 Tacoma ?
I work on a military base which requires you to turn your headlights off when entering the gate. I have not been able to locate a fuse or solinoid to pull.

if you are talking about the daytime driving lights there is a 7.5 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood that says its for the daytime driving lights.

I would "assume" if you pull that fuse it disables the daytime driving lights but I never tried it.

if it does disable the daytime driving lights and causes no other issues please come back to confirm this

Thanks for the information! When the 7.5 amp fuse is pulled it disables all normal functions of the lighting system. It must be hard wired into the whole lighting system. :annoyed: I don't think I can turn these lights off without driving with the emergency brake on. Off to get a hammer.!
