The DRL lenses on my 2009 Tacoma bubbled then cracked in half a couple years ago.

I bought a pair of DEPO headlight assemblies off Amazon last fall for about $105 each. Great quality, exact fit, and about 30% of the price from Toyota.

Unfortunately, I'm seeing trace signs that these are bubbling up as we start getting into the hot Texas summer.

Is there some kind of retrofit or exact light bulb replacement that uses LED or something less hot than the standard incandescent bulb? I really don't want to be buying another replacement 2, 3, or 4 years down the road.

If you have the stock housings I think Toyota will replace them free. You could hit up csjumper for LEDs. I got my DTRL/Front turns from him last weekend. They look great

Already submitted my Amazon.com receipts to Toyota for reimbursement. I'll check on that LED idea.
