My 2010 TRD Tacoma 4x4 is reaching the end of it's bumper to bumper warranty, so after looking at the new Nissan on it's website, I figured I'd take one for a spin. After all, stock leather, moonroof, and looks nice also.

Boy, am I glad I drove it. I can't believe there is a soul in this world that would buy one over a Tacoma! Small, rough, tight, generic, plastic, just some of the words that come to mind.

Anyhow, I am going to check out the 2012s and decide if I want to grab one or buy an extended warranty from where I bought the truck (Greenfield Toyota).

Still, too bad Toyota doesnt offer leather and sunroof options... Truck still blows away anything else on the market.

I thought Toyota's are dependable and aside from regular crap that wears out, not to worry too much about extended waranty's. I guess im old fashioned?

33,000 miles its been almost 2 years...

I put too many miles on to lease. These trucks never really loose value so it's not a big deal. I paid $28000 and my dealer said trade in is $25000....

I took at 75 month loan so I owe about 52 months now. I figured if I could nab 0% on a 60mo loan I could almost pay the same monthly payment with almost the same time left!!

I do love my truck, but fiscally, it might make sense...

I am a former Toyota Master Tech so I don't really need the warranty but I do like the peace of mind when paying a monthly car payment.
