I considered that spot, But I didn't like the lack of visibility from the drivers seat.

 

I figured that most of my monitoring will be done while the vehicle is off while I'm camping. It's very visible from the driver's side window.

For those of you running a blue sea fuse box, what size wire did you run from the box to battery?

 

I haven't wired mine yet. It's still a work in progress.

 

I used 4 ga. Since the panel is rated at 100 amps max and the run is short, ~12", it should be fine.

I ran 4 gauge for all mine

What battery gauge is that? How difficult to mount in the a pillar?
