Either way its only gona be dual outlet not really a dual exhaust. A single in single out Magnaflow is what i would suggest. It is a 4 banger after all

    Think about this a little.

You'd have to have a header with twin collectors, each one serving two cylinders. Probably a custom build.

If you want to be illegal or off road only, you could skip out on the converter issue.

Otherwise you'd have to have 2 converters, 2 mufflers, 2 piping systems.

And some way for your ECU to recognize the new pair of O2 sensors that serve the new converter. And since our ECUs are pretty locked down, with no aftermarket bolt in programmable replacements.........

Even if all the pieces could come together you'd be talking a heap-'o-cash. For noise that you likely would instantly hate.

You could be more successful just dinking around from the cat back. Not a 'real' dual exhaust, but you could put a Y pipe at the back of the converter and have dual tailpipes and mufflers installed. For some real $ and still with an obnoxious sound. And no power gain. o_O

That's actually what most dual tailpipes you see on the road today are. Dual from the cat back. Some high $ rides have real duals. But not many.

possible yes but quite a bit of work. if your truck has a single cat system then it has a 2 to 1 downpipe that you can go off of. i dont know what cylinders go into each so i have no idea what kind of sound it would produce.

but heres how it would be routed.

Just swap the magnaflow for a glass pack. It'll be way louder.
