Have you tried to contact FROR? I'm not sure if they have one for the 05+ yet, but maybe. I'm sure Wyatt at Rock Solid Toys would know, he does a lot of dual case stuff on our trucks.

That's what I would do, then you could integrate a nice skid and flatbelly that pig for the snow runs.

I'd skip on that FROR design, the cast aluminum case is not designed to handle that kind of stress. Several rigs have shocked the whole driveline and broken mounts/cases from those setups, let alone the leaks

Here's what we did when I put my second t-case in. Still able to use the ATO skid I had on there before as well. Been running this for almost 3 years now and no issues.

Interesting. I cracked a stock x-member years ago, and I've seen a couple others, keep an eye on it. Mine cracked when landing hard on two tracks that had a hump in the middle, the suspension wasn't even bottomed before the x-member was. Turns out landing a 4000 lb truck on the x-member is not a good idea. :D Either way, it wouldn't be too hard to fab something up for dual case use.

What he just said! You definitely don't want to rigid mount it! I'm running a Toybox in my FJ40 (mini truck reduction) behind a 350 Chevy & SM465. The whole thing is mounted with Poly Chevy truck mounts in front and a poly Toyota Mini Truck mount under the Crawl Box with a Land Cruiser Transfer hanging off the back....has been in there for many years with no issues. I've seen lots of issues with folks who solid mount them...none with a set-up that allows for some flex.

Do you remember the radius of the bend? I assume you used 3/16 Steel?
