i have an 07 super white access cab, about a month after i bought it (last year) it started looking dull on the front end. Im planning on washing it with dawn to strip the old stuff off of there then hit it with a clay bar but thats where i get lost. Ive heard use a cleaner(not sure what that is) then a polish, the. Wax and seal. My buddy said to use hand glaze then wax it. Ive heard hand glaze is just oils to make it better but dont last that long? What are good cleaners, polish, wax and sealer that i can buy at autoparts stores or will i be ordering it

You are correct on a glaze. Your best bet would to polish with a DA. You just can't physically move you hand fast enough to match a DA polisher.

If you use something like a PC 7424 you will be ok. There are plenty of videos out there for a tutorial. Check out Autogeek.net and Adams polishes. Adams has all sorts of videos explaining how to use polishers and their products.

Well i bit the bullet this afternoon since it was cool and cloudy out and did my hood. Washed it with dawn then claybar'd it with soapy water since the detailing spray with the bar was pulling up so much dirt and grime. Then i washed it again dryed it and used some meguires ultimate polish. Then a really good wazing. Came out like new! Goin to a panel at a time since it takes 2-3 hours
