    Yup... figured that. Need to see if it can be registered over 10,500 (or somewhere around that). I believe that puts it in another class of emissions requirements (or at least used to as the rules seem to change from year to year). It used to in CT which actually made it not necessary to test. I actually tried to change the registration to a heavier GVW but couldn't without having the sticker changed on the door jamb officially.
