My thought is they are saving the engine for the 4runner which will get closer to 300hp.

 

How is shifting with tune compared to stock? I have the shift pro now, but will sell it when I get my tune in and installed.

I see your comments on shifting now. Last time l looked at the thread it was in page 8!

I have to Spec U in my Manual w/o the Tune and I feel like I gained the following:

-Slightly better gas mileage
-A tiny bit more low end
-It revs out faster and cleaner once I hit 3500 RPM.

I suspect that @dYL0n may have been banned completely from the TW forums.

I'm not sure that anything happened. But he hasn't posted anything at all since Wednesday morning. Also, I had PM'd with him recently and that has stopped (no reply from him). If I try to initiate a fresh PM (new message chain) with him, the TW system doesn't seem to find his user name. I can however continue an old existing message, but he doesn't reply. Finally, I've noticed that his username on existing (old) posts by him has a line through it... like it's striked out. Never a good sign. The area he lives in is about 40 miles from me, but I don't know how to get in touch with him.

 

There is a line through his name meaning he's banned?

 

Again, I'm not sure. But it seems like when smitty99 was banned for a week or so a while back, his name had a line through it. And I think I've seen a line through others that I believe have been permanently banned. I may be all wet about this, but it sure looks strange to me.

 

Line through the name means ban hammer. Could be temporary, couple days, a week, or month. Or it could be a perma.

 

Why'd they ban him?
