Question for people without ebrake issues. Under the cup holder, do both of the cables that go L and R pull equally, or one more than the other. Any help would be freekin great.

Here is my issue. The passenger side doesn't pull a lot, but the driver's side does. The brake works, but not really well. I am thinking the passenger side cable is stuck.

This all started when, what I assume was my parking brake, clamped up my rear wheels and I couldn't move the truck. I tore apart the driver side and cleaned and lubed everything and got the wheel turning. I didn't have time to do the passenger side, so I just brake cleaned it. I then adjusted the drum brakes. After this, the brakes worked and the wheels spun, but the e-brake didnt work and it pulled way more than 10 clicks. So, I adjusted the ebrake until it gave me ten clicks. Now the ebrake kinda works, but its uneven as shown above. Ideas?
