I put one on the ceiling of my topper, and holy crap, it's bright AF.
It takes 4x AAA batteries, and has a few different mounting options. I just used the double sided velcro tape it came with.
I got a 4 pack from Amazon for about $20, here's the link
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01M7TZNR7/ref=oh_aui_i_d_rec_o1_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Makes an awesome flashlight/shed light/emegency power outage light as well.
Here's a couple of pics of it inside my topper20170204_203757.jpg 20170204_203803.jpg

    Great idea!

I have one of these that bought from a gas station. Bright SOB just wish the magnets in mine were stronger. That picture in your bed is just right. I have cob flashlight lantern combo too love that thing from Nebo I think. Very bright too.

Yeah, the magnets aren't great, if the velcro winds up wearing out I'll just get some of the 3m red double sided tape for it.
I'll have to look that up, haven't seen that one yet.

I was getting frustrated with trying to figure out how I wanted to light up my bed/topper, from bed lights to installing an overhead dome light in it, then I came across this, and knew I had to have them. Lol

Pinned! The power cable to mine is always breaking from snow freezing to it and weight it down. THis would be an easy fix

And they're like $5 each, one quits on you, no problem. Lol
Mine did fall off the velcro pads it came with today, but that's no problem.
I've got a roll of the red 3m double-sided tape just for stuff like this.

Made in China but pretty good. I've had mine for like 6 months maybe, use it all the time and still original batteries.

Occasionally I'll luck out with China made junk.
It's hit or miss with electronics, but if you're any good at troubleshooting them, you can probably make whatever it is 10x better by replacing one tiny cheap part.

Guns, cars, quads, house, the damn fan for the woodburner. My friends tell me I need a boat, no, I don't! But I like buying things that last hence the Toyota, hopefully. Lol

I work as a commercial electrician.
My friends tell me I shouldn't "work" during my leisure time (weird science in my house with LEDs, and babying my truck), but they just don't understand. Lol
