No bracket is needed, the fogs should snap in to the bumper after you remove the blanks from the bumper.

I'm guessing one ground is for the relay the second is for the fog lights bulb

Maybe laying out the wires on the ground and posting a pic could help a bit to figure everything out

If I had to guess I would say white is 12V Battery, and red ignition +12V, but I would need better pics of the relay and connectors tough.

If those are the only wires then...

if the fuse on the red wire is small that one is for +12V accessory
and the other red 12V battery (by small I mean around 10A)

If there are more loose wires, then I would need to see it

No by ignition I mean, any fuse that has current only when your truck is ON, for example the fuse for dash lightning, power windows, etc etc

What I did is I bought an "add a fuse" which is available at any autopart, it basically splits a fuse slot in two. I used it in the Illumination Fuse Slot, in the diagram its marked as TAIL 10A

This is a pic of the add a fuse installed as mentioned above

    Some questions:

The RED wire WITHOUT a fuse, does it go straight to the relay?

The RED wire WITH a fuse where does it lead to, to a plug? relay?

From your picture above I'm assuming the following:

The red wire I see coming from the fuse looks small, which leads me to think it will not be carrying high current, therefore that wire should be tapped to a fuse which only has power when the truck is ON, (I'm guessing that wire is probably feeding current to the ON/Off switch, which when it is ON, continues to flow that current to the relay)

The red wire I see coming from the relay is thicker, if there are not any other loose wires then this one is probably the one that should be connected straight to the battery (reason why is thicker). I recommend that you add a fuse to this wire (25A-30A)

Then the red without a fuse should go to the fuse box and tapped into a fuse that only has power when the truck is ON

the Red with fuse should go to the battery, Im guessing the fuse is around 20A

I find it kind of weird cause the wire with the fuse looks thin compared to the others.

From your answer looks like your wiring is similar to this diagram, where
Battery terminal from the right goes to the battery
Battery terminal from the left goes, to a fuse that only has power with the truck on

Its called exactly like that an "add a fuse"

Well, its pretty much up to you, you have a couple of choices

you could tap that wire without the "add a fuse" to any wire that has power when the truck is On, for example the positive wire that lights up other switches from the dash etc etc.

or you could buy the "add a fuse" and use it in the fuse that is marked as TAIL 10A (thats the one I used)

No that red wire (the one that does not have a fuse), should NOT be hooked directly to the battery.

The only one that will be connected directly to the Battery is the red wire that already has an fuse in it.

Any pepboys, autozone or similar autopart store has it.
    You'll also need a 10A fuse
