Actually I take that back. I forgot she was using her busted-screen 3G as an ipod and it didn't work all that well. Bought a 5th gen ipod for cheap on eBay and works great. Bluetooth calls and audio do work with the iphone 4 though.

    sorry for my confusion

Have you tried your iPhone with ios5? Does it work? Mine does not but I have not done this update either. Will try tomorrow. Has anyone tried it?

I haven't updated to IOS5 yet so I don't know. I'm waiting for an unteathered jail break first.

I am going to do the update later and see if it works with ios5, I will fill you in as soon as I do it, but it sounds like your iPhone works on ios4?

It worked, I did the update, took about 5 minutes, plugged in the iPhone4 with ios5 and it worked like a charm. Took a little while to read it and figure out all the playlist and what not, but it works good. The same songs synced to the same computer sound better on the iPhone than my old school iPod video.

Thinking about getting a good mount now, know of any good ones?

I've wanted to make an iPhone "drop in" dock for the truck. That way I can just pop the phone in and have it dock automatically. I loath just having the cord out and about.

That would be sweet, make me one as well! I know what you mean about the cord, drives me crazy, I think I will just bury my itouch under the cup holder like I had before, seems to be a hassle to continue to hook it up every time I get in the car with my actual phone.

step away from the talk radio and use that stereo!

The USB wont play WAV files. This is critical for me. Not only that but the USB doesn't list things in ABC order for whatever reason. It's the most ridiculous thing ever.

Anyone figure out how to play the youtube video picture through the iPod cord on the screen? I'd really like that.

I supposed 4s should work right since the ios5 works on the 4? Just curious before I get the 4s.

Wait, what? What are you using to plug in? I'm using an iPod cord to USB that comes with the phone. What are you using?
